Paradis Guitars

Paradis was founded in 1984 by Rolf Spuler and Matthias Grob to bring the then already "outdated" guitar technology up to date. especially: pick up each string / preamp in the guitar / power the guitar through the cable (no battery) / no correction of cable losses on the amplifier side / linear monitors/PA/phones instead of amps. The result was a new sound, which Rolf expressed in the form of the Avalon - a unique guitar built 300 times. Rolf died in 2014 and has no successor.
